Bathrooms - you may be looking to replace your bathroom suite, or it may be a whole room project with responsibilities from top to bottom. Usually the customer supplies the suite and tiles to their own selection/choice, and relies on me to source all of the other project material needs such as the plumbing fittings required, tile adhesive etc. Whatever you require you will always find I’m flexible on these matters, and can help also with any of the planning aspects of the new layout, suite size, and styles. I have completed dozens of bathrooms, including ensuites from scratch, and this knowledge input to your project will guarantee satisfaction.

Kitchen - The engine room of the house. You may just want some help to speed up the process of ripping out the old, of building all the new units from all the flat-packs, or to move pipe or electrical services. Then again you may wish the whole job to be planned and undertaken by me. If it’s a full refit then its got to be carefully planned, in order to maintain usual service to all residents! Then there are differing levels of refit. Positions of services such as sockets, plumbing, and boiler might be moved for the new layout, which guarantees more disruption if undertaken in a half-hazard way. I can either assist as you require or take on the whole rip out and rebuild, with many fully integrated kitchen installations under my belt, and many more where I have provided support and even layout planning.
Central heating installs - from a boiler replacement to a full installation. Testing and commissioning is provided by a corgi registered gas fitter on completion. The latest most efficient condensing type combi-boilers are the only type recommended which although slightly more expensive to buy, can make like for like savings of up to 30% of fuel costs when compared to normal combi-boilers. So if you are investing in a new system, taking into account today’s fuel costs , then only condensing type boilers should be considered.
Decking and patios - I have a number of completed projects, where I always aim for a design which has the wow factor - where the completed project stands out and adds value, this applying to all projects, but also very important in the garden if the aim is to make the garden an extension to your house.

Garden Makeovers - I have completed a number of makeovers where the aim is to give some style to the garden where customers love the opportunity to then sit and enjoy the finished look.

Very often its simply needing to add interest like shape to borders rather than just plain square edges, or add a feature as a focal point which can be just a simple seat with planters or a more substantial structure, like a gazebo. My wife has spent half her life in gardens of the various houses we have owned over the years and she has become extremely knowledgeable on all things plants, planting, plant care and knowing what does well in what aspect etc, so the support is there if that’s the type of project you are looking for in your garden.
