Merchant City Handyman is a Glasgow based handyman service, for both domestic and commercial customers who have properties in the Glasgow area, operated by myself, Chris Lord.
No charge is made for call outs, and all work is to your guaranteed satisfaction.
If you are within a 10 mile radius of Glasgow Cross, then there is no mileage charge involved.
I undertake most property maintenance tasks including all plumbing, electrical, joinery, and garden work and will respond to emergencies such as water leaks or blockages. Click on the job buttons to the left to find your job on the lists. Call and ask if you don’t see your job, since the lists are not exhaustive.
Small odd jobs are not a problem. You can even put together a list of your jobs to fill the minimum hour charged if desired, ready for my arrival, and I can even book your job by mutually agreed appointment times so you avoid the frustration of waiting in all day.
If you have found your DIY job has turned out to be a bit of a problem for you, and you are looking for some help, either due to its unforeseen difficulty, or the timescale to complete the job, then this is no problem at all, and it can even be arranged that I work alongside you to speed the job up if you prefer, just give me a call. Flat-packs can be time consuming, and sometimes the instructions are complicated, and in the case of new kitchens the packs are sometimes just too numerous, so again I’m here to help.
Support to businesses and firms can be provided for building maintenance tasks, along with landlords of private and social housing. In-house maintenance teams can also be supported during busy periods.
